Live-in Care
Dedicated support at home, built around the person’s needs and routines.
Live-in Care provides regular, dedicated support for someone who wishes to remain in familiar surroundings. A care professional lives in the home, providing agreed support while encouraging choice, dignity and independence.
Support may include personal care, daily routines, meals, medication and companionship. Working hours, breaks and overnight arrangements are agreed in advance and tailored to the person.
Respite Care
Short-term support at home when a family carer needs time to rest or attend to other commitments.
Respite Care provides planned support for a period of time, helping the person continue with their usual routines while their regular carer takes a break. It may also help families maintain care arrangements during a temporary change in circumstances.
We discuss the person’s needs, preferences and routine before care begins, and agree the support to be provided for the respite period.
Companionship
Friendly, respectful support to help make everyday life more connected.
Companionship visits offer time for conversation, shared activities and social connection. Support can be shaped around the person’s interests and preferences, whether that means sharing a hobby, enjoying a walk or spending time together at home.
Where agreed in the person’s support plan, a companion may also provide support to attend an appointment or take part in a local activity.
Visiting Care
Flexible visits for specific support at agreed times.
Our Visiting Care service, sometimes referred to as Call-Out Care, provides planned visits at agreed times. Depending on the assessment and care plan, visits may include personal care, medication support, help with meals, daily routines or wellbeing.
The timing and length of visits are agreed in advance according to the person’s needs and the support required. This is a planned homecare service, not an emergency response service.
