Thorough Homecare Services

About us

Personalised care. Independence at home.

Thorough Homecare Services – East Riding of Yorkshire provides CQC-registered Personal Care to adults in their own homes across the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Listening first

Care that responds to the person.

We believe good care starts with listening. We take time to understand each person’s needs, preferences, routines and goals, and involve them in decisions about their support. Where appropriate, we also work with family members, representatives and other professionals to help make care consistent and responsive.

Our Organisation

Thorough Homecare Services – East Riding of Yorkshire is operated by Thorough Recruitment Limited, a specialist health and social care company.

Through its recruitment and staffing division, Thorough Recruitment Limited supports care providers, local authorities and care organisations, delivering staffing solutions tailored to their operational needs. These include residential and nursing homes, domiciliary care agencies, supported living services and community-based care services.

Roles supplied include care assistants, senior care assistants, support workers and registered nurses, as well as care management and leadership personnel.

Our experience

Workforce insight, applied to care.

Since 2016, Thorough Recruitment Limited has built substantial experience in health and social care recruitment. That work has given us a strong practical understanding of the workforce foundations that support dependable care: safer recruitment, workforce planning, staff deployment, continuity, training, competence and service resilience.

Our Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing division operates separately from Thorough Homecare Services. As part of the same organisation, however, the homecare service benefits from the wider knowledge and experience Thorough Recruitment Limited has developed in supporting the care workforce.

Thorough Homecare Services brings this workforce insight together with the governance, assessment, care planning and oversight required to deliver regulated Personal Care. This combination helps us provide safe, personalised and reliable support that respects each person’s needs and supports their independence at home.
